Faceless Channel - YT

Aim

Validate a long-form YouTube niche and production format before committing to filming.

Implementation

Found a niche of YouTube channels doing well on organic growth. Validated that the niche was real:

• 2 channels with demonstrably organic follower curves (not bought)
• Both based in South Korea, for reasons still unclear to me
• Channel 1 has 50K+ followers, Channel 2 has 2K+
• Both do long-form content - 30 to 60 minutes per video
• Estimated 3–4 hours of input time per video

Status

The experiment was validated at the research stage but not executed - I moved to other priorities before filming. The niche, the format, and the production model are documented. Paused rather than abandoned.
