What It Does

A decentralized system for storing national land records on-chain - applying data decentralization to India's land registry problem.

Context

A university-era project. India's land registry system has well-documented problems - fraud, missing records, disputes that take decades to resolve. Putting records on-chain was an obvious technical answer to the tamper-proofing problem.

What the project actually taught me was the gap between technical elegance and deployment reality. A smart contract is immutable and verifiable. Getting a government registry to interact with one is a different problem entirely - one that has nothing to do with code.
